Name and telephone; city, dealer, model, trim, colour, request type, and content.
Page, language, CTA, and submission time; after analytics or advertising cookie permission — UTM parameters, allow-listed click IDs, landing page, and referrer.
User-Agent and a one-way IP hash for form security; document version, URL, text, choices, and time as evidence.

3. Purposes

Callback; test-drive booking; car advice and sale; instalment or credit; service booking.
Transfer to a selected or assigned dealer; request history and spam prevention.
Website and advertising effectiveness analysis only within separately selected cookie categories.

4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer to the listed recipients, anonymisation, blocking, and deletion may be performed with or without automation, only to the extent necessary for these purposes.

5. Recipients

Authorised operator staff and the selected or assigned dealer from https://mg-motor.uz/en/dealers that has a dealer agreement with Asman Auto. Technical processors may include Uzbekistan VPS/hosting, Cloudflare, Telegram, and Google Sheets; after the relevant cookie consent, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Yandex Maps. Bitrix24 receives data only when the CRM integration is actually enabled.

6. Cross-border transfer

Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Telegram, Yandex, and Bitrix24 may process certain data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. The operator carries out cross-border transfers only for the stated purposes and where a condition under Articles 15 and 27¹ of the Personal Data Law of Uzbekistan is met, including obtaining consent where required.

7. Term and withdrawal

9. Evidence

The operator stores an immutable snapshot of the displayed text, document version and URL, checkbox choices, channels, time, and technical submission evidence. By submitting, the user confirms data accuracy, adult status or lawful representation, and that the Privacy Policy has been read.
